PURCHASE POLICY
These terms and conditions of purchase and delivery apply to all purchases made through the website www.jimenezdiaz.org, owned by JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T, with registered office at Plaza Pintor Juan Gálvez 6, 45400 Mora – Toledo, VAT number F45478203, telephone +34 925 340 261, and email address info@jimenezdiaz.org.

These terms of service aim to describe and inform the user of the conditions applicable to purchases made through the website info@jimenezdiaz.org for the products offered at any given time. These purchase conditions are complemented by the information contained in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, as well as the specific information provided for each individual product.
Validation of the purchase implies acceptance of these general conditions and constitutes proof of the client’s knowledge and agreement. These conditions may be modified at any time by JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T, along with any applicable specific conditions that may be established. Any changes will be immediately published so they can be known without explicit notice.
Users agree to comply with these general conditions, as well as those contained in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this website, acting in good faith throughout the purchasing process.
Prices shown include VAT. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and weight of the order. JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T will duly inform the user of the shipping costs based on these factors at the time of purchase. If the shipment must be made to a territory not listed on the purchase page, JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T will contact the user via email or phone to communicate any additional shipping charges that may apply.
Order Confirmation
Once the purchase has been made, JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T will send the user an email with the order confirmation as soon as possible.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 3 working days from the moment the user receives the purchase confirmation email within Spain, and within 9 days for the rest of Europe, provided that payment has been successfully completed.
The user agrees to provide truthful and updated information to JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T and to facilitate delivery of the order. For this purpose, the user must provide a valid address where the package can be received during business hours or at a time previously agreed with JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T.
If the order cannot be delivered due to the user’s unavailability, JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
If the user does not receive the order within the established timeframe, they should contact JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T via email at info@jimenezdiaz.org.
The purchase of products offered on www.jimenezdiaz.org is subject to stock availability.
Minors
Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to use the services provided by JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T.
Since JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T cannot verify the accuracy of the data provided by the user, it reserves the right to validate orders after verifying such data, at its sole discretion, without this implying any alteration of the accuracy of unverified data.
Payment
Payments for purchases made through www.jimenezdiaz.org will primarily be processed via a PayPal account. Charges are made at the time of purchase.
Payments may also be made via bank transfer, in which case the user must indicate their full name and order reference number. JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T will ship the order once the transfer has been confirmed in its bank account.
Returns
The consumer and user have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without stating a reason. In such cases, they must contact JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T by email at info@jimenezdiaz.org or by filling out the withdrawal form, indicating the return and its reasons.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised under the following circumstances:
- a) If the purchased product does not meet the user’s expectations. The return must be made within the mentioned period, including all items in their original packaging, with the original seal intact, all accessories, and in perfect condition. Returns of products without their original packaging will not be accepted. In this case, JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T will charge €20 as return handling costs.
- b) If the products are defective. Proof of the defect must be provided. JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T will collect the defective product and resend a replacement to the user at no additional cost. The amount will be refunded once it is verified that the returned item meets the stated conditions. For commercial returns, the client will bear the transport costs. - c) If the defect arises from a transport incident, this must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by emailing info@jimenezdiaz.org.
Refund of Paid Amounts
If a refund is required, JIMENEZ DIAZ S.A.T will process it via bank transfer to the account number provided by the user. The refund will be issued once the condition of the returned product has been verified and confirmed, and once it is confirmed that payment was successfully made with no possibility of reversal.
Use of Data
User-provided data will be included in a personal data file and used solely for order processing. Users may exercise their rights of access, objection, rectification, and cancellation in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December, by sending an email to info@jimenezdiaz.org.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute regarding the provision of this service, the applicable legislation will be that of Spain. In case of conflict regarding the interpretation or application of these terms, the competent jurisdiction will be determined according to the regulations applicable to final consumers. For sales made outside Spain or not made to end consumers, both parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Toledo.
